F.1 The Planner reserves the copyright in all drawings, drawings, models, plans, specifications, design details, photos, brochures, reports, meeting notes, CAD materials and any other material provided by the Planner as part of the Project (“Materials”). N.1 If the Client becomes aware of a design problem, error or defect in the Project or non-compliance with the Contractual Documents of the Project during the term of the Contract or after its conclusion, the Client shall inform the Planner in writing without delay, but no later than [X] working days after its publication. If the customer does not do so, the customer is treated as if he had waived all claims of the customer against the planner (contractual, unauthorized or otherwise) regarding the problem, error or non-compliance.
